disallowed-blocks feature in "limit" section work only with /set, /walls, /sphere commands... But don't work when u use /cut, /copy, /paste. Will you extend this feature on /cut cmd at least (in close feature) ??

it works on every single command that creates a block in the world because that's what it's intended to do. it does not work on anything that removes blocks from the world (unless you disallow setting air) because that's how it's meant to work.

not really. worldedit, despite having options for limiting editing, isn't really focused to it, so it's unlikely that these things will be added unless someone who really wants them writes them.
