Sideways logs dont rotate

i rotated a whole house with logs all over it and the ones that were lied on their side did not rotate with the house so i had to turn them back manually
First picture with the buttons on the end of the log is how its supposed to look
Second picture with the buttons on sideways logs is how it turned out when i rotated it 90 degrees
