Hello author,
There are quite some major bugs need fixing. When I enable only use inventory items on the config these bugs happen.

1. They don't need spawners in there inventory to use //set spawner
2. Any colored block such as concrete, plain glass, terracotta can change to any color with worldedit.
   (Example: If they have white concrete block they don't need other colored concrete to change it to a different color)
3. They can use //set lava or //set water without having a bucket of water or lava in their inventory.

This should hopefully change a lot in the 1.13 builds of WorldEdit

The use-inventory feature hasn't been updated since 2012 and is no longer maintained or supported. Unless someone wants to rewrite it, which would be a significant effort, you get what you get.
