WORLDEDIT-3727 - Reported by TheCactusMonkey

I'm trying to use both /br cyl or sphere and //cyl or //sphere but it doesn't work in the latest worledit versions with spigot 1.13.1.
We have tried masks on or off but nothing works!

Versions:

WorldEdit: master #3861
WorldGuard: master #1744
Spigot: spigot-1.13.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT-b1903.jar

CoreProtect issue, disable WorldEdit block logging in the CoreProtect config.
