Unable to run any commands

WORLDEDIT-3728 - Reported by Cal
I have tried to use the standard commands (such as cut paste set replace etc), but nothing will work. I do have CoreProtect installed and have removed/editing the config to try and fix the issue. The server doesn't crash, just throws a bunch of errors into the console. Sorry if this is a duplicate, I'm new to pasting issues because it doesn't happen normally. WorldGuard also doesn't seem to be playing nice. The Error Log for both plugins is attached.
Versions I'm Using: worldedit-bukkit-7.0.0-SNAPSHOT-dist and worldguard-legacy-7.0.0-SNAPSHOT-dist
