i have found when loading schematics and pasting the location it starts the paste from is not where was standing. like in older versions we would stand at the location we would want to paste at.

You're using build 3859. I think this was fixed in build 3861. I recommend using the latest builds. There's a number of big fixes in the last 7 weeks, including proper 1.13.1 support.
