There is a really big problem when you "copy -e" a region : Animals/mobs are copied but painting, item frame etc are not

I can't reproduce this issue, please provide a list of your plugins and also what version of WorldEdit you're using.
Alternatively, if you have WorldGuard please run /wg report -p and provide the link.
