Documentation for COMPILING.md needs update

It seems that the compile documentation (COMPILING.md) needs an update.
setupDecompWorkspace task doesn't exist in build.gradle (at least for current master b7ea46db2f6fdc73fdd0f3dbed10257ca10eab25 ), and running ./gradlew clean setupDecompWorkspace gives:
* What went wrong:
Task 'setupDecompWorkspace' not found in root project 'worldedit'.
I tried running ./gradlew clean build and it seems working, not sure if setupDecompWorkspace is really necessary, though.
