WORLDEDIT-3903 - Reported by fatmanjumprope

Every 12 hours or so after a server restart two of my admin will try and run world edit commands which throws the following console error (see attachment) and doesn't allow them to world edit anymore until I restart the server. No other players ever seem to be effected aside from those two. Even after the errors are thrown for them the rest of us are still able to use w/e with no problems. If someone could help me figure out what's causing this that would be most helpful!

Here are a list of my plugins atm. Server version is 1.13.2. Worldedit logging is set to false also.

For some reason, Spigot is marking the world as unloaded, and still allowing a player to complete commands in it?

@me4502 Is there some solution to this or have I managed to create a rather unique problem for myself? I will add that players are using world edit inside of DungeonsXL worlds from the dungeonsXL plugin when this happens. These are worlds separate from the main worlds. Would it maybe just mean we're not able to use w/e inside those worlds without issues occasionally?

i've recently fixed a few issues with worlds being unloaded. unsure if this was caused by the same.
