Schematic not loading to Clipboard in 1.14.4

I do a Schematic Load and I receive no errors in the console. I do a //Paste and I get a message that the Clipboard is empty.
When I load the schematic I used //Schematic load mcedit filename and I would get file does not exist, but I figured out that MCedit does not exist as a filename, so I did //Schematic load filename and it did not return any errors in console, no message that file does not exist or a message stating the schematic was loaded, but it still states that the clipboard is empty when I do //paste.
