Bug Description

Observers update and output signal upon pasting

Observer doesnt give signal

Reproduction Steps

1. ...place observer and either another observer or hopper on its input
2. ...copy-paste it

Not actually a bug, use //perf neighbors off and //perf update off before pasting. Only works on Bukkit and Fabric, which you are on.
