Per-world session storage in single-player

The Problem
Session storage is shared between all single-player worlds at the moment. This can cause issues in the future, e.g. if we start tracking history on-disk, it should be per-world and not for the whole game.
A Solution
Store sessions in worldname/worldedit/sessions
