- I am using the most recent Minecraft release.
- I am using a version of WorldEdit compatible with my Minecraft version.
- I am using the latest or recommended version of my platform software.
- I am NOT using a hybrid server, e.g. a server that combines Bukkit and Forge. Examples include Arclight, Mohist, and Cardboard.
- I am NOT using a fork of WorldEdit, such as FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) or AsyncWorldEdit (AWE)
Bug Description
Hello folks,
I have my own PaperMC server with current WorldEdit 7.2.16 installed. Every time when I try to locate a structure or a biome with the /locate command, it only shows something like "Compass reset to spawn". I already found out why it occurs: WorldEdit has also a built-in /locate command, which overlaps with the default Minecraft /locate command. It may be nice when the /locate command from WorldEdit could be renamed to something like /welocate, this would make more sense for me.
Expected Behavior
I wanted the /locate command to be able to find structures and biomes, just like in the normal, unmodified game.
Reproduction Steps
- Open the chat
- Type in /locate
- It'll show "Compass reset to spawn" instead of "The next Minecraft:... is on ~ ~ ~ "
