• I am using the most recent Minecraft release.
• I am using a version of WorldEdit compatible with my Minecraft version.
• I am using the latest or recommended version of my platform software.
• I am NOT using a hybrid server, e.g. a server that combines Bukkit and Forge. Examples include Arclight, Mohist, and Cardboard.
• I am NOT using a fork of WorldEdit, such as FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) or AsyncWorldEdit (AWE)

Bug Description

Worldedit does not work on Paper 1.19.4 with the mojang mapped version.

If you install Worldedit on the mojang mapped server, this message is displayed in the log:

Expected Behavior

It should work exactly the same with the mojang mapped version as with the deobf version

Reproduction Steps

1. download paper 1.19.4 mojang mapped from https://papermc.io/downloads/paper
2. install world edit plugin
3. run server
