Load saved WorldGuard region in WorldEdit

I have a saved region in WorldGuard (made with WorldEdit of course). I would like to be able to load that region as my active cuboid.
This is a bloody great idea. Alternatively could we have savable regions in WorldEdit and just attach WorldGuard to the saved WorldEdit region?
So basically a way of using WorldGuard areas in WorldEdit, and vice versa... sounds great to me! :)
@jmkogut: While I do plan for savable regions in WorldEdit, they are likely going to be stored in a way that would make it difficult for WorldGuard to use. WorldGuard already stores regions in its own format anyway.
WorldGuard regions store a lot of extra protection related data that would have no use in WorldEdit.
So I'll define a region, and save it both in WorldEdit and WorldGuard? Fine with me, as long as I can recall either!
