Using //chunk and //regen stops chunk loading (client side)

Well I have that issue since I use 1.3.2 dev builds of bukkit and when I do //chunk and //regen, the chunk is regenerated, but if you go far away, the chunk stops loading. though there's no lag chat. Someone said on IRC it cleared entities, plus me. I can provide more proof if needed or a video.
Steps to reproduce it:
Select an region, Try to select 2x2 chunks, Go inside, then do //chunk -s and //regen.
Then, walk far away and you'll notice the chunks doesn't load.
As I know, I think it regen'd entities, meaning it clears out entities (player too).

Relogging fixes the problem. Because it clears entities, including you. So, relogging fixes it.
