WORLDEDIT-2261 - Reported by msverita
We use world edit probably ever few minutes considering it's a prison server. Thats including the mines etc are set on timers. Ever since the 1.4.4 update if a player is in the sight of a world edit they are kicked for lost connection: disconnect.endOfStream. It ONLY affects the player in sight of the world edit.

Thanks. Very quick responses means I'll be a continued user. I'll be staying updated.

Having the same issue here. Also had the issue where I regenerated a bunch of chunks. On the next server restart a lot of the chunks I had //regen were not saved even after doing a /save-all. Not sure if that is realated

I've noticed this with LogBlock rollbacks mostly (which uses WorldEdit), but the opposite issue. This used to always happen in 1.2 and 1.3, but haven't seen it yet in 1.4.
git-Bukkit-unknown (1.4.4)(using a custom one so /ver doesn't show the jenkins number)
WorldEdit 5.4.6 Snapshot
LogBlock 1.60

I have this issue on my server as well. I'm using Spigot Craftbukkit. http://ci.ecocitycraft.com/job/Spigot/230/artifact/target/craftbukkit-1.4.4-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
Upon reading new versions while posting this thread here, i noticed there was a change in handling single compression threading. This may fix what is going on, and if so I'll report it.

Server still runs fine as if nothing happened?
What is the message on the client?
