Add a command to generate hemispheres.

Thinking about this - you could get this working with any type of action if you can specify an origin as well as a cuboid selection.

You could set your cuboid boundaries as normal, then go stand in the middle and generate a sphere, and it would only generate the sphere within the selection cuboid.

OK, just saw you raised #64 which kinda fulfils this ;)

Heh, I thought of #64 when I was thinking about this again.

I still want a command to generate hemispheres because it's easier than having to do the calculation of where to generate the sphere from.

Very true! If you add a parameter to the hemispherizer to specify which direction to generate it in (i.e. where's the 'pointy' bit), it's all done really.
