Before I will begin to report my bug, here are a few screenshots.

On the first screenshot you see a little area. It isn't damaged. There aren't any holes or any other mistakes.
This area I wanted to stack. I marked the region and stacked it into an area, where blocks had already existed. After I did this, I noticed a few holes. You can see those holes on the screenshots two and three.
Summary of this is: I marked a region, wanted to stack it on a region, where block had already existed and I didn't get the area how I copied it. I just got an area with a few strange holes in it.
I hope you understand what I mean and hope too this bug will be fixed.
