CraftScripts: Optionally allow loading different extensions or change extension

Xenon Servers, and I'm assuming any other GSP with a default configuration of TCAdmin block uploading of .js files via FTP, and although this could be worked around by uploading a jar file that downloads .js files, it would be easier to be able to just upload files normally instead.
