WORLDEDIT-2708 - Reported by Damien.Delay

Now I know WorldEdit has a blacklist feature but this can be a pain when you only want people to be able to select and change certain blocks say natural blocks. I was wondering if it would be possible to add this as a feature alongside the blacklist?
