Attempting to use a compass to teleport while underwater fails silently.

Steps to reproduce: Jump into water at least two deep so that the player's head is underwater. Click on some location in the distance using the compass.

Expected behaviour: Player teleports to target location.

Actual behaviour: Player does not teleport. No error message is produced.
