Ok so when I try to use fast mode, nothing works. I don't know if I'm using it wrong or its not working. Please comment or help me fix how to figure out how to use it. I am trying to use it to place water that doesn't flow but it ALWAYS flows.

works fine, make sure you are using the correct block id
