Bug Found in World Edit Version: 5.5.6-SNAPSHOT(1403-102a149)

I noticed this the other day, a floating isolated tree that is on fire will register as "not a floating tree." Though once the fire is extinguished the floating isolated tree is removed properly.

that is perfectly consistent
a floating tree that is attached to non log or leaf blocks is no longer a floating tree
