As the title says. No matter if the Dispensers are copied and pasted, loaded in from any sort of schematic format, or anything else. The dispensers seem to choose almost a random direction. This is also true if there are items in the dispensers or not.

This is a huge problem when trying to load new TNT cannons from old schematics, or even when developing new ones. Once they blow them selves up, re-pasting them is a bitch since the dispensers have to all be redone and TNT has to be reloaded.
