WORLDEDIT-2945 - Reported by Tomy.Lobo

Apparently MCPC+ doesn't like our .class file nmsblock implementations.

A guy named Crispinian came to #sk89q and said v5.5.8 didnt work with MCPC+ 1.6.2.
The error was "No compatible nms block class found."

First, I gave him a build of the current develop branch, which gave him the same error as the 5.5.8 release
Then I reverted 84598e2 (the 1.6.4 update) and sent him a build of the result, which worked, reporting "Using inbuilt NmsBlock for this version."

My guess is that the bug is with MCPC+, but maybe we can do something from our side to fix the situation.

Crispinian posted an issue on the tracker of the MCPC+ project:

The biggest problem here is that we currently have no release out that is compatible with MCPC+ 1.6.2.
We skipped an MC version with no WE release

The next major modpacks are going to be released to 1.6.2 it seems, as all of the mods are finally getting to 1.6.2, I think this should be fixed.

I made a "Beta" release, which lacks 1.6.4 support but is otherwise is identical to the 5.5.8 release:

(If you use this for 1.6.4, you're an idiot :P)
