Some tools ignore masks

Most issues with masks have been fixed in the dev builds.
However I found that cycler and ```
repl
Not a really big problem unless you use the PlotMe plugin which uses ```
gmask
``` to limit WorldEdit actions to allowed plots.

not everything goes through editsessions, and masks/history are only designed for those.
superpick bypasses editsessions as well, to name another.
