WORLDEDIT-3030 - Reported by NickthedickNS

this happened once upon a time, I just normally started my server and then, i typed in the chat //wand, then it said there was no command like that. So, i checked that my .jar file was in the folder and it was. I don't really know what happened. I tried to redownload the worldedit.jar file and it did but didn't work when i pasted it in the plugins folder. Now i look like am a noob without Worldedit. Please fix this…:(

well, can I send it to you by email?

If you first delete server.log, or rename it, your log file will be small and you can pastebin it.

Comment by NickthedickNS

ok
so, i will create the same one but another start.command

Comment by NickthedickNS

dude, can't go, its more than 500kb so can I take out all my other plugins and put only Worldedit so you can see the error better?

guys, if you don't understand, Worldedit is egnoring the wooden axe and then breaks the block (its even egnoring //wand and everyother command of worldedit)

We understand more than perfectly well, but this issue only seems to be affecting you, so it's likely something you've done incorrectly. Unfortunately, we have no way to assist you with resolving said issue unless you provide us with a server log, or at the very least the relevant error(s).

You need to post a link so we can see it. A million posts appear on there a day.

oh…but…It SAYS that i have to go pro in order for me to send it all, its more than 500KB…have you got another site?

Rename the log, restart the server, and your new log only contains the stuff for the recent launch.

commented

Comment by NickthedickNS

yeah, what did you mean?

commented

Comment by NickthedickNS

I mean, literally right now I tried to pick up item 271, the wand, and the server crashed...

commented

Comment by sk89q

Rename the server.log file. When you restart your server, the server.log file will only contain the new stuff.

commented

Comment by NickthedickNS

no, I run it on a Mac and its called start.command

commented

Comment by NickthedickNS

well, i think something better happened, but not the worldedit.jar file...//wand doesn't work

commented

Comment by sk89q

The problem is that I need your log file, and it is too big, so I suggested a way to get a small log file.

commented

Comment by NickthedickNS

so, what do you mean, I renamed the file, nothing happened, what do you mean a smaller log file? How do I do that?

commented

Comment by sk89q

Once you rename the file, the new one will be empty. At this point, start your server the same way that you always have.

server.log will be created, and it will only contain the new stuff.
