WorldEdit won't show up in-game.

So I had a lot of time to play in my bukkit server, so I had to update it. I got the last version of WorldEdit(5.6) for a 1.7.2 and I logged in. But when I did //wand it said "Unknown Command". I did /pl but it said "Plugins:(0)". Is there something wrong or that version is not compatible? If it is, can you give me the version of WorldEdit for 1.7.2? Or is it needed to make a 1.7.5 server?
