world edit is slow and lags very easily i updated server from 1.6.4 cauldron to 1.7.2 cauldron this is the error log from server launch to when the error occurs

6.0 works on 1.7.10, blood told me.

Also, I am closing this ticket because it is unlikely I will ever find time to do this.

No, not yet.

Currently we don't have time to make a version for Cauldron 1.7.2 and we're hoping to release a Forge WorldEdit for 1.7.x in the near future (and then the recommendation will be to install WorldEdit for BOTH Forge and Bukkit).

You would just drop the Forge mod into {{mods/}} and the Bukkit plugin into {{plugins/}}.

They speak to each other and decide who does what:

  • Plugin handles permissions
  • Plugin handles commands
  • Mod handles world editing
    etc.

Currently, the WorldEdit mod is only updated to MC 1.6.4.
