Being able to copy/paste entities is much worse than because able to copy/paste blocks. Creative servers give copy permissions to regular users to use in plots. This means they also have access to //copy -e, which they can use to spawn massive amount of entities. This has already been used on several large Creative servers to lag out the server with tens of thousands of falling block entities.

This can all be solved by introducing a permission such as worldedit.clipboard.copy.entities that servers can restrict from normal users.
