Can confirm, upgrading from build 3289 to 3299 causes errors. Invalid plugin.yml.

Follow-up. I tried embedding the plugin.yml from build 3289 into 3299 to see if I can get it to work. Unfortunately, still errors. Unable to use any build after 3289.

can confirm this also. Was setting up a dev server to test some things grabbed the latest of each and ran into this made me go Hmm for a second.
