First, sorry this is in the Craftbook section, I can't change it to WorldEdit (Youtrack says only developers can change that field).

Forgot to mention : bare server with WorldEdit #3347. Would it be possible that this is due to the new available button positions (up+down) ?

I'm sure you're aware, but just to be on the safe side : same issue with build #3352 (Bukkit)
