It's impossible to flip the new stairs but it works fine with the old ones.

there's a few 1.8 blocks that we're missing atm. might be a while before we add them though due to the way we make that data.
as a temporary workaround, replace them with any pre-1.8 stair to flip them, and then replace them back.
