Rotating 180 degrees removes rails

WORLDEDIT-3267 - Reported by _frozen
With the recent update, if you rotate a schematic or copied piece of land with rails installed by 180 degrees, it will not paste in rail at all. 90 and 270 degree rotations does not reliably retain the rail placement.

Which recent update? Did you update from 3361 to 3364? Or are you talking 5.x to 6.x?

Updated to 3364, problem still persists. Rotating to 180 removes the rail. Rotating to 90 works okay.

This bug persists in Bukkit-Offical 6.1 build 3377 I have pinned it down to the presence of different statuses of powered rail. I ll do some more experiments today.
Notes:
- Replace all powered rail with regular rail will retain the placement of rail AND redstone.
- removing redstone with the Powered rail (top row) still causes missing powerrail.
- having powered rail in the clipboard apparently gets rid of ALL redstone wires AND powered rail.
- not pictured: flat powered rail going one directions single-tracked does copy, rotate, and paste without issue.
- Another experiment: copying unpowered rail, rotated, and pasted. Works without issue. Issue is with POWERED powered rail. Result of this experiment: http://puu.sh/inPF5/2858316723.png
