I think this mod should support immersive portals (one-way portals are a thing there, however like #18 I think options for two-way portals would be good to have as well).

The mod should, if immersive portals is installed, create an immersive portal to the linked destination instead of the regular vanilla-like custom portal blocks unless explicitly disabled in config (would also be nice to be able to customize other properties of the portal in the config or even in the stabilizer block, but that isn't necessary for this to be a good feature).
