While playing whit Mekanism I got this

This picture is taken whit only Mekanism and WTHIT.

I have been to the Mekanism issue page and got told that WTHIT or Bad Packets are the issues, so I'm starting to hear

Another note, the image was taken in an isolated environment, not in my actual world
