Keyboard navigation does not scroll WTHIT configuration screens

Describe the issue

Unlike vanilla screens, when using Tab or arrow keys, the screen does not scroll to a newly-focused button or text field. Instead, the user must manually scroll using the scroll wheel to keep the focused element on the screen.
