This feature consists of incremental stages:

1. Offline Music Player
   Bringing feature parity with Legacy, a player with downloaded music provides properly timed notes, even with an unstable connection.
   This will only cover the original Wynn songs.
2. Pack/Artist Selector
   This has been discussed a couple times, but didn't come to fruition, yet. Even though several artists would love to have their works in the music player.
   Similar to the resource-pack selector, this will allows defining a preference order of artists. Songs that haven't been covered by one artist yet, will be taken from the next pack further down. If no cover is found, the original Wynn songs are always present to catch these cases.
3. Individual Song Overrides
   For cases where single covers of one artist are preferred over the general pack of another artist, this custom selector will provide a similar interface to resource-pack selection. The difference is, that the left doesn't show packs, but song titles (with a search bar for title and region). Selecting a song will show the selected order on the right, where they can be re-arranged.
