Character info should be re-queried when certain game events happen.

This (mainly? Or only?) applies to combat level, and profession levels.

We’re not currently tracking skill point assignments (or spare skill points) in CharacterInfo, but perhaps we should. If so, we also should look for skill point reassignments or new skill points. (How does abilities work? Do we need to track those as well?)
