[1.16.5] Crouch-right-clicking with a bound Dragon Staff and moving it in inventory causes glitchy ghost item

Steps to Reproduce:
- Bind a dragon staff to a dragon
- Crouch and right-click in the air to unbind the dragon staff, a sound plays
- Move the dragon staff to a different slot in your inventory, a ghost item remains in the original location
Description of issue:
After unbinding a dragon staff and moving it in your inventory, a ghost item is left behind in the old item slot, which disappears if you click on it.
