Migrate all settings to their own config file. Currently, if a user removes XP and launches xaero, all their XP settings are wiped as xaero overwrites the config files.

Run a setting converter at Xaero setting load time to keep existing configs.

This would also be a good time to migrate to translation keys as the config file keys.
