Cursor disappears in borderless fullscreen

Bug Description
When playing in borderless fullscreen, if you need to alt-tab to another app and back, it makes your cursor do a magic vanishing act.
Reproduction Steps
- Launch the game with Xenon
- Enter borderless fullscreen
- Switch to another app (in my example I used Firefox) via alt-tab
- Switch back via alt-tab
- Ding dong your cursor is gone
