FPS lose after upgrading to 0.3.19

In exactly same environment, I got ~80 FPS in 0.3.11, but ~60 FPS in 0.3.19.
Since the only different is mod version, it shouldn't be other reason.

Upgrade from 0.3.11 to 0.3.19 (MC 1.20.1)

The most recent version of this mod doesn't even open for me, specially inside modpacks.

I'm also experiencing issues with fps drop using this mod. Mine only works in windowed mode otherwise I get really low fps.
