Edited the toml file in the config folder. No change, can still see the court items and more ingame.

Using Forge 1.14.4-forge-28.2.0

The problem is that they show up and can be crafted. They show up both in the crafting book and NEI, and can be crafted even though I have disabled them.

The config only disables the means to acquire items in game, i.e. removes them from creative tabs and disables recipes. Is your problem that the items still exist in the world, or that they actually can be crafted or show up in creative tabs?

From my tests I saw that they do show up in the recipe book and you get the recipe reveal notifications but you can't actually craft the items. It's still a bug but I could not find a way to get around that. I plan on having a better solution to this in the future but it will have to stay like this for now.
