[Bug] Can't connect to server sometimes because mimic of other mods‘ walls cannot registry correctly

Issue description
一个并不好复现的 Bug。
首先安装 xkdeco 与随便另一模组，构建服务端与客户端，启动服务端以创建新世界。
双端更新另一模组，此模组在更新时删除了某些方块。
使用新的客户端连接新服务端的旧存档时，有概率出现该 BUG。重装整合包，或者使用"--forceUpgrade"参数似乎可以修正该 Bug。
由于我没能复现这个 Bug，不确定这是否是一个最小实现。
10.9: 注意到这些方块均为 wall，可能与其无法正常在服务端注册有关。已知 Goety可以稳定复现这个问题。
