Currently, for some reason, they aren't able to go into the antibarrel. My assumption is that they can actually stack, but because of the NBT data applied to them at random, the capacitors will never be stackable. It'd be appreciated if they could be added to the barrel.

You can change their stack size with crafttweaker actually
