[Settings] Mod edit menu (dev.isxander.yacl3.gui.YACLScreen$CategoryTab) fails to load

This issue happens on YACL 3.8.0 for 1.21.5.

This issue only happens when I try to configure a mod with a menu that utilizes YACL. No further context.
