No passive animals spawn in mining dimension

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. create any type of world
2. goto mining dimension

Client Information

• Mod Version: 5.0.3
• Server/LAN/Single Player: Single and Server

as a side note could we have a config to enable/disable passive mobs, like we can the hostiles? thank you

so I was wrong, animals are spawning. Seems flying too fast I didnt see them spawn or something

all is ok tho
