Disable specific entity spawns?

I am aware you can flag hostile mobs etc but can i disable by entity type, apologies if this is answered im brain dead.
Also am i able to make it so if the natural spawns are disabled i can still spawn them in via eggs?

This is currently not possible. But it is something I am working on: #113

There is not distinction currently in YAWP but I'll consider it. You are not the first to bring this up. Currently entities with the PeristenceRequired flag are ignored when applying the spawning-* flags.

I could extend this to newly spawned mobs as well. But this would not apply to spawn eggs.

I think I can figure something out but It will take some time.

Edit: Currently your only option would be to spawn the entities nearby and move/teleport them into the region.
